Terms & Conditions of Bookings:
- A 50% non - refundable deposit is payable before your reservation can be confirmed as a booking.
- Deposits can be paid by credit/debit card over the phone or by bank transfer.
- By making your booking, our agreement is a legal contract and your deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.
- For cancellations made up to 14 days before your booked stay you will not be liable for the total balance. For cancellations made after this time, or by failing to take up the booking without cancelling, you are still liable to pay for the booking in full, even if we have not yet received your balance. We will exercise this right at our discretion.
- If you need to cancel your booking due to exceptional family circumstances, or regional/global pandemic, we are happy to transfer your booking to another date if at all possible, without loss of your original deposit. Please contact us to discuss.
- Your accommodation will be available to you from 15.30 on the day of arrival unless otherwise arranged.
- We require you to vacate your room by 10.30 a.m. sharp on the day of departure in order for us to service the property for new guests.
- Damages & breakages - Please take care when staying in our property. You are responsible and liable for any breakages and damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. We ask that you report any incidents when they occur. We may send you an invoice for repair or making good if the damage is significant.
- Pets are not allowed to be brought onto the property.
- Use of firebowl is at user's own risk. The firebowl must not be moved from its designated location and User must attend the fire at all times when lit and ensure any fire is fully extinguished before leaving it.
- A responsible adult must accompany children when meeting the donkeys.
